Let's Chat First
Most consults start with a phone call. Pip will ask about your dog’s behaviour, routine, and environment to help identify the root issue and recommend the most useful and affordable next step. Sometimes that’s a one-on-one session at our facility; other times, a home visit makes all the difference.
One-on-One Onsite - $150
This one-hour private session takes place at our dog-safe facility. It’s a great option for general behavioural concerns, training tune-ups, or first-time consults. Pip will observe, guide, and coach you through strategies in a calm, neutral setting — with plenty of space to practice skills.
In-Home Consult - from $250
Some issues show up more clearly at home. In these 90-minute consults, Pip visits you and your dog in your everyday environment to better understand what's going on. This allows for tailored advice based on your setup, your routine, and how your dog behaves at home. You’ll also get a bullet-point follow-up email and a check-in call to see how things are going.
Travel charges may apply depending on location.
Ongoing Support
Behaviour change takes time, and you won’t be left to figure it out alone. After your consult, Pip encourages you to keep in touch — whether it's updates, new questions, or the occasional check-in. The goal is lasting progress, not quick fixes.
